TRAINING INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS: Students in their 8th semester or beyond in Administration, Psychology, Business Management, or related fields. Availability Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Proactive attitude, dynamism, organizational skills, and strong sense of responsibility. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork. Valid optional insurance and tax status certificate. Genuine interest in developing within the Human Resources field, especially in Training and Development. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in onboarding courses and training programs. Participation in Organizational Development and Culture projects. Assistance in workplace climate surveys and performance evaluations. Preparation of materials and reports, and tracking of departmental metrics. Support in internal communications initiatives and institutional events. Active participation in continuous improvement and talent management projects. WE OFFER: Monthly stipend of $6,500 MXN (tax-free) Excellent work environment and ongoing learning.
