* Plan and organize cutting orders according to the production schedule. * Supervise proper fabric marking, spreading, and cutting in accordance with templates, patterns, and technical specifications. * Ensure efficient fabric usage, optimizing consumption and reducing waste. * Coordinate area personnel, assigning tasks and supervising compliance with quality and safety standards. * Validate consumption, waste, and material performance reports. * Control inventory of area supplies (fabrics, bond paper, fusibles, labels, etc.). * Monitor productivity indicators and delivery timelines. * Collaborate with design, planning, and sewing departments to resolve cutting-related issues.
