This position will be critical in guaranteeing timely responses to technical requests and maintaining operational continuity within the department. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise activities of the technical support department. Manage and track incidents and user requests. Generate incident reports, performance reports, and activity tracking reports. Administer procurement requests for equipment, spare parts, and departmental needs. Provide technical support for computing equipment, systems, and peripherals. Supervise, assist, and develop assigned technical staff. Ensure compliance with processes and service-level response times. Requirements Education: Technical diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related fields. Experience managing personnel. Experience in technical support. Knowledge of: Computer equipment (PC) support. Operating systems. Microsoft Office. Basic networking. Printer support. Skills: Process organization and tracking. Effective communication. Problem-solving. Ability to generate reports and coordinate activities.
