STAR MEDICA PEDREGAL IS SEEKING: Technical Support Analyst Join our team and ensure locally that computing and communications platforms operate properly, thereby guaranteeing the hospital’s operational continuity regarding information technologies. What will you do? * Provide technical and functional support for computing equipment, telecommunications systems, printers, landline and mobile telephony, and network operations. What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in IT or related field (degree certificate and professional license required). * 1–2 years of experience as a technical support analyst. * Knowledge of application administration, technical support, repair and maintenance of computing equipment and peripherals, operating systems (Windows, MAC), technical knowledge of communications and telephony, information security, and training on internal applications.
