TALENT TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT INTERN REQUIREMENTS: Currently enrolled in the 8th semester or beyond in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field. Availability Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Proactive attitude, dynamism, organizational skills, and strong sense of responsibility. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork. Valid optional insurance and tax status certificate. Genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources, particularly in Training and Development. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in onboarding courses and training programs. Participation in Organizational Development and Culture projects. Assistance with employee engagement surveys and performance evaluations. Preparation of training materials, reports, and tracking of departmental KPIs. Support for internal communications initiatives and institutional events.
