We are looking for a talented and passionate professional to serve as a **System Implementation Coordinator**, managing and supervising work teams for the Electronic Medical Record implementation project across medical units in various hospitals and clinics located in the state of Nuevo León. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree. * Computer literacy. * Stress and frustration tolerance. * Flexibility regarding variable working hours. * Daily interaction with users of highly diverse profiles. * Availability for 24/7 scheduling (variable shifts, weekends, or nights as required). * Willingness to travel within the state of Nuevo León. * Interest in and availability to learn about the system being implemented. **EXPERIENCE IN:** * Team coordination. * Field implementations. * Advanced training delivery. * User support and follow-up. * Team leadership. * 3–5 years of experience in similar roles (supervising or coordinating field work teams). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise, coordinate, and ensure team performance during implementation. * Supervise work performed by support agents and trainers. * Resolve complex incidents onsite. * Ensure adherence to training and go-live plans. * Serve as escalation point to the project’s central team. * Directly support critical training sessions. **SKILLS AND/OR COMPETENCIES:** * Operational leadership. * Decision-making under pressure. * Clear communication with work teams and clients. * Organization and follow-up. * Service-oriented attitude. * High level of responsibility and adaptability. * Experience working under pressure. * Stress tolerance. * Self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive. **If you meet the requirements, please send us your CV and we will contact you!
