




Job Summary: Specialized Support Engineer responsible for verification, validation, coordination, and follow-up of technology renewal projects and infrastructure management. Key Highlights: 1. Configuration and distribution of software for contact centers **SPECIALIZED SUPPORT ENGINEER** Monday to Friday 08:30\-18:30 hrs. Saturday 09:00\-14:00 hrs. on-call duties **Responsibilities:** \- Verification of prerequisites for executing technology renewal projects (equipment owned by the client). \- Validation of completed work in executed projects, as well as verification of compliance with expected standards for installation of technological equipment. \- Coordination of the execution sequence for technology renewal and replacement projects, testing, and pilot deployments between end users and the executing vendor. \- Follow-up with third parties and involved departments on technical tasks associated with a work plan derived from an end-user technological infrastructure project. \- Installation of temporary infrastructure to support special events outside client locations (trade fairs, committees, institutional communication events, commercial events, etc.) \- Mass onboarding and decommissioning of branches that, due to volume and time constraints, cannot be handled independently. \- Follow-up on resolution of warranties for equipment purchased by the client. Configuration of user access routines to contact center platforms, as well as configuration of software and/or hardware technology infrastructure across the client's various telephone contact centers. \- Distribution of new versions via Microsoft ClickOnce of the WDE Station \[Front User] product to QA and production environments.
