If you are motivated to design robust architectures, guide development teams, and transform ideas into high-performance technology products, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and design software architectures for complex projects. * Oversee the team’s correct technical implementation. * Analyze technical and functional requirements to select the optimal technology stack. * Document architectural decisions, processes, and technical guidelines. * Support the team in problem resolution and adoption of best practices. * Coordinate integration of new features, optimizations, and technical improvements. * Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation. * Present progress, metrics, and reports to the CTO. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree** in Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in software development. * **At least 2 years designing architectures** for complex systems. * Solid knowledge of backend and frontend programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). * Proficiency in operating systems, networking, databases, and software design patterns. * **AWS Software Architecture certification** * Experience in application and system security. * **Advanced English proficiency** * Experience working with cross-functional teams (preferred). * Experience launching products into international markets (preferred). **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Strategic vision * Effective communication * Project management * Problem solving * Adaptability * Teamwork Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: Hybrid remote in 97127, Buenavista, Yuc.
