




Job Summary: Responsible for managing returns and claims at retail outlets, contributing to the reduction of shrinkage and losses, with a focus on implementing commercial policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily management of store visits 2. Reduction of shrinkage and losses 3. Fieldwork and customer service Job Objective and Functions: Contribute to the reduction of shrinkage and any deviations causing loss to the company through the implementation and enforcement of sales policies related to commercial terms established with customers. • Conduct assigned daily visits to each retail outlet to manage returns and claims. • Process returns for excess or near-expiry stock within the stipulated timeframe to comply with agreements made with the customer. • Deliver entry forms to the Credit and Collections department for clarifications requested by the customer. Requirements: • Interest in fieldwork • Retail sales experience in pharmacy counters and the general retail market. • Excellent service attitude and customer service skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Flexible schedule and personal transportation • Completed high school diploma or incomplete university degree. Work Area: 1-Playa de Tijuana, Mirador, Miramar and Soler. 2-Mariano, Anabel, Florido, Terrazas.
