Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join a multidisciplinary team focused on developing and consolidating the safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance and accident prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Lead a multidisciplinary team in safety culture and risk management. 2. Ensure regulatory compliance and accident prevention. 3. Coordinate and lead the technical team, facilitating standardized processes. Responsibilities: * Join a multidisciplinary team to develop and consolidate the client's safety culture based on the company's safety and risk management model; * Ensure achievement of regional and site-specific operational objectives, and monitor execution of planned actions; * Present management indicators and technical performance reports to the client; * Supervise workplace hazards, guiding measures to eliminate or mitigate them; * Ensure implementation of safety and accident prevention programs, Incident Analysis and Investigation, and Risk Management Program (RMP); * Regulatory Compliance: Supervise adherence to current occupational safety and hygiene laws and regulations. * Training: Design and disseminate information to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment. * Coordinate and lead the technical team, facilitating standardized processes. * Coordinate and lead the technical team, managing all people-related activities including feedback, development plans, and communications. * Ensure site-level SLA compliance. Prerequisites: **Academic Qualification:** Industrial, Environmental, Safety, Chemical, Civil Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in industrial safety, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
