Position Summary: Warehouse Manager responsible for ensuring the administration, control, and availability of spare parts and components for premium automotive brands. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring premium quality standards and delivery timelines **Luxury Automotive Agency,** **Distributor of (Maserati, Lotus, Rolls Royce, McLaren, and INEOS Grenadier)** **Seeking: WAREHOUSE MANAGER** * MANDATORY * Experience in the AUTOMOTIVE industry **OBJECTIVE** Ensure proper administration, control, and availability of spare parts and components, guaranteeing compliance with the quality standards and delivery timelines required by premium brands. Responsible for end-to-end warehouse management, parts importation, and coordination with service, sales, and corporate departments. **RESPONSIBILITIES**  Inventory management  Warehousing and internal logistics  Liaison with internal departments  Compliance with premium standards  Inventory control of critical parts  Management and administration of special tool inventory **DESCRIPTION**  Supervise incoming and outgoing spare parts  Maintain up-to-date inventories and minimize stockouts or overstock  Organize and optimize storage space  Ensure appropriate conditions for parts preservation  Coordinate internal deliveries to the workshop and sales department  Coordinate with service advisors to ensure parts availability  Support the sales department in quotations and spare parts availability  Maintain traceability and transparency for every inventory movement **KPIs:**  Spare parts availability rate (% of immediate fulfillment)  Average parts delivery time  Inventory accuracy (discrepancy between physical count and system records)  Inventory turnover  Compliance with internal and external audits without critical findings  Fill rate  Turnover  Obsolescence \*Candidates who fully meet the verified profile must submit CV with photograph Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Work location: On-site employment
