Monitoring and recording of physical progress of construction work **Grupo Constructor Transportieren is seeking:** Resident **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with schedules and/or specifications established for the construction project * Direct interaction with Management / Client supervisors * Monitor and record physical progress of construction work * Site surveys * Quantity takeoffs * Skills: Pro\-active, ability to work under pressure, follow work instructions, teamwork, proficiency in reading construction drawings, knowledge of Microsoft Project, CAD, and Excel * And other related duties. **Requirements:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience: Minimum 3 years verifiable experience in construction companies * Experience managing personnel * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * **Immediate availability (local candidate)** **We Offer:** * Biweekly gross salary of $9,205\.48 * Payment every 14 days (every other Friday) * Working hours: Monday to Friday 8\-6, Saturdays 8\-1, and willingness to perform overtime outside regular hours * Job stability * Statutory benefits * **Location**: Sin Nombre de Col 21, 25076 Saltillo, Coah.
