Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Specialist with proven experience in implementing quality management systems, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the QMS; ensuring compliance with standards and certifications; and managing continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) 2. Ensure compliance with standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001) 3. Coordinate continuous process improvement QUALITY Proven experience in implementing quality management systems in companies is mandatory Minimum 3 years of experience Certified in ISO 9001 quality management systems RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). * Ensure compliance with standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001\). * Supervise internal and external audits. * Manage quality indicators (KPIs). * Implement corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate continuous process improvement. * Manage customer complaints and non-conformities. * Ensure staff training on quality-related topics. Collaborate with operational, commercial, and technical departments.
