Participation in continuous improvement and focus on profitability COMPANY DEDICATED TO **PLASTIC FILM** "SEEKING A **QUALITY MANAGER**" **EDUCATION:** INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, CHEMICAL ENGINEERING **GENDER:** NO PREFERENCE **EXPERIENCE:** * 3 to 5 years in polymer processes * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Manager * Knowledge of extrusion processes * Knowledge of laboratory equipment and mechanical testing * Knowledge of ISO 9001\-2015 **LANGUAGES:** ENGLISH (PREFERRED) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure product quality. * Prevent critical points and potential risks, and resolve areas of opportunity. * Coordinate and be accountable for handling and investigating product-related complaints. * Conduct appropriate root cause analyses to eliminate customer complaints. * Select and evaluate suppliers, coordinating effectively with the Purchasing Department and Operations Director to ensure reliable suppliers. * Control all processes and materials involved in manufacturing, supplier selection, and internal audits, in compliance with all applicable regulations and required documentation. * Maintain focus on profitability and efficiency. * Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to ensure final product quality and complete customer satisfaction. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of scales. * Perform tests using specialized calibration equipment. * Knowledge of resins. * Effective participation in continuous improvement projects. * Proficiency in analytical methods (statistics). * Good Manufacturing Practices. **SKILLS:** * Leadership * Discipline * Responsibility * Punctuality * Teamwork * Initiative * Decision-making * Effective communication * Problem analysis and resolution * Results-oriented mindset * Promotion of development * Sense of urgency **LOCATION: TULTITLAN** * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 11 AM Employment type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
