




Position Summary: Quality Management Systems Chemist to maintain control and validity of audit records and manage suppliers in a pharmaceutical company. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the quality management system and audits. 2. Conduct and follow up on supplier audits. 3. Maintain the audit database up to date. Pharmaceutical Company Requires: **"QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CHEMIST"** Position Objective: Monitor the quality management system to ensure continuous control and validity of generated records (audits). Conduct supplier audits timely and accurately, and maintain updated lists of approved suppliers. ***Responsibilities:*** * Conduct appropriate investigations for all follow-up actions arising from external and/or internal audits; document and disseminate findings. * Follow up on supplier audits. * Develop and implement an audit program. * Maintain the audit database up to date. * Update lists of approved suppliers. * Remove suppliers that fail to maintain a quality system or lack the capacity to respond to the corrective action plan. * Submit monthly reports on audit follow-ups and the CAPA system. * Maintain updated supplier audit files. * Implement controls for identified risks in accordance with the established methodology. 10 Any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with company procedures to prevent accidents or illnesses, adhere to Safety and Hygiene Regulations, and safeguard the physical integrity of employees and facilities. ***Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in: Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, or Pharmaceutical Engineer; related fields: official degree and professional license. Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
