We seek passionate professionals with the following profile: **Project Assistant** **Job Purpose:** Support the technical development of projects through the preparation of drawings, 3D models, and pre-engineering documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Hermosillo’s BIM standards, as well as providing effective support to the Project Designer to ensure timely and high-quality project progress. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Provide efficient support to the Project Designer in delegated project development activities. * Prepare drawings and 3D models according to the defined scope and project requirements. * Generate basic pre-engineering documentation required for tender and bidding processes. * Ensure compliance with local regulatory guidelines, codes, and applicable standards. * Apply and maintain Hermosillo’s BIM standards in all documentation preparation. **Requirements:** * Architect (Degree/Professional License) * 1–3 years of experience in industrial building design. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Competencies and Skills:** * Active Communication * Teamwork * Administrative Control * Commitment * Leadership * Organization **Knowledge:** * Construction processes for industrial facilities * Understanding of regulatory frameworks and permitting procedures * Knowledge and development of executive project documentation * Industrial-type construction systems * Revit and AutoCAD (Advanced) * Navisworks (Desirable) * Twinmotion or equivalent rendering software * Microsoft Office Suite **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance upon completion of one year of service * Savings Fund Work Location: Central Park, Av.
