Long-term business relationship development **Programmatic Sales Executive** **$25,000 gross \+ commissions \| CDMX** **Position Description:** We are seeking a Programmatic Sales Executive with solid digital media experience, focused on advertising space sales and end-to-end programmatic campaign management, as well as developing long-term client business relationships. **Responsibilities:** * Prospecting, negotiation, and closing of sales * Digital advertising space sales (programmatic) * Client portfolio management and follow-up * Coordination and understanding of programmatic campaigns * Long-term business relationship development * Achievement of sales targets **Requirements:** * Experience in digital media sales and programmatic campaigns (mandatory) * Direct hands-on experience in programmatic campaign execution and/or management * Knowledge of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads Manager and Display & Video 360 * Audience targeting, DSP, and MMP expertise * Negotiation, communication, and closing skills * Results-oriented mindset **We Offer:** * Base salary: $25,000 gross monthly * Commission structure * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance * Funeral expenses coverage * Subsidized cafeteria * 5 economic days **Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM * Weekend off
