Our commitment to excellence has positioned us as a renowned company in the industry. **Location:** FINSA I Industrial Park, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. **Job Requirements** * Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of production technology, industrial equipment, and automation. * Experience or knowledge of welding processes (preferred). * Advanced conversational English proficiency (mandatory). **Job Responsibilities** * Participate in the introduction of new products and engineering changes, ensuring correct implementation in production. * Experience in developing work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process sheets. * Define and select cutting tools, measuring instruments, and tooling according to machining requirements. * Participate in risk assessments using methodologies such as FMEA and HAZOP. * Collaborate on continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, automation, and cost reduction. * Manage material replenishment and supply orders in SAP system based on operational requirements. * Communication with departments such as manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and engineering design.
