The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of dishes, maintaining departmental profitability through cost control, and leading the culinary team under the strictest hygiene and service standards. Requirements: Technical degree in Food and Beverages, Internship, or Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy. Proactive, honorable, and committed. Flexible schedule. · Experience: Knowledge of nutritional cooking. Knowledge of various dishes · Main activities to be performed in the kitchen: Recipe planning, development, and costing. Selection and procurement of raw materials. Raw material inventory (FIFO control: first-in, first-out). Coordination with the logistics department for raw material procurement. Waste control. Development of menus meeting specified requirements. Food cleaning and disinfection.
