JOB OBJECTIVE: Meet production needs with quality and punctuality, ensuring control over the area and work team. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Operate flatbed UV printers (calibration, startup, printing, and shutdown). \- Verify dimensions, bleed, resolution, and colors. \- Conduct print tests. \- Load and unload materials (PVC, acrylic, corrugated plastic, MDF, glass, aluminum, etc.). \- Monitor proper UV ink curing. \- Identify and report technical failures or quality deviations. \- Meet production deadlines and work orders. \- Keep the work area clean and organized. \- Apply industrial safety and hygiene standards. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: \- Operation of flatbed UV printers. \- Basic RIP software handling (Photoprint or others). \- Types of rigid materials and their characteristics. \- Color control and ICC profiles (desirable). \- Basic preventive maintenance of printing equipment. \- Reading and interpreting production orders. SKILLS: \- Attention to detail. \- Organization and time management. \- Focus on quality and productivity. \- Teamwork. \- Ability to solve technical problems. \- Responsibility and commitment. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS: \- 2 to 3 years as a UV printer or large-format printer. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday. \- Ability to perform moderate physical work (loading materials).
