Position Summary: Provide courteous and professional patient care, perform reception duties, and carry out safe and efficient blood sample collection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative support and telephone patient assistance Department Reception / Laboratory / Patient Care Position Objective Provide courteous and professional patient care, perform reception duties, and carry out safe and efficient blood sample collection in compliance with clinic or laboratory protocols. Main Responsibilities * Patient reception and registration * Appointment scheduling and management * Billing and delivery of test results * Blood sample collection (phlebotomy) * Proper labeling and handling of samples * Support in administrative processes * Answering calls and providing information to patients * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area **Education** * Clinical laboratory technician, nursing, or related field (preferred) * Course or certification in phlebotomy (required) **Experience** * 1 year in medical reception, clinic, or laboratory setting (preferred) * Experience in blood sample collection (required) * Patient care experience **Knowledge** * Phlebotomy * Customer service * Computer operation * Excel and record-keeping system usage **Skills** * Courteous patient interaction * Responsibility * Organization * Teamwork * Professional appearance * Effective communication **Attitudes** * Empathy * Honesty * Discretion * Punctuality * Commitment Working Conditions * Work location: Clinic / Laboratory / Medical Office * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00–16:00 hrs; Saturday, 7:00–15:00 hrs; Sunday, 8:00–14:00 hrs; Midweek day off * Availability to rotate across different units * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,880.00 – $10,180.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
