Minimum 1 year of experience in OTC sales, customer segmentation, promotion management, implementation of in-store activities, and negotiation for product placement and displacement. Fieldwork involving visits to pharmacy chains and supermarkets. Strong verbal communication skills, proper use of verbal and body language, ability to learn and convey information effectively, interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, positive attitude, honesty, and charisma.
