




Job Summary: Responsible for controlling the pharmaceutical inventory, monitoring expiration dates, and maintaining the pharmacy area organized, ensuring timely supply. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the pharmaceutical inventory and monitors expiration dates. 2. Maintains the pharmacy and warehouse in optimal hygienic conditions. 3. Ensures timely supply of supplies and provides courteous service. Main Responsibilities: Control and keep updated the inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring consistency between physical stock and system records. Monitor expiration dates and apply the FIFO method, promptly reporting products nearing expiration. Receive, inspect, store, and safeguard medications under appropriate conditions of order, cleanliness, and identification. Maintain the pharmacy and warehouse areas in optimal hygienic and organizational conditions. Dispense medications and supplies according to established controls, ensuring accuracy and documented support for each delivery. Respond to internal requests from the hospital or clinic, ensuring timely supply of supplies. Provide courteous and efficient service to customers and medical staff, resolving basic inquiries. Support audits and regulatory compliance with health authorities. Prepare periodic inventory, consumption, movement, and expiration reports, as well as daily incoming and outgoing reports. Identify shortages, notify minimum inventory levels, and contribute to timely replenishment.
