Job Summary: We are seeking a Payment Analyst to manage, classify, and track payments, ensuring policy compliance and file integration. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in contract review and supplier interaction. 2. Mandatory proficiency in SAP MM Purchasing module. 3. Ensure payment closure and compliance. Farmacias de Similares is looking for: PAYMENT ANALYST Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Mandatory experience in contract review and supplier interaction. Two years of experience in supplier payments. Proficiency in SAP MM Purchasing module (mandatory). Intermediate/advanced Excel (test will be administered). English: Intermediate (desirable) Responsibilities: Approve or reject files submitted by suppliers and department staff according to policies. Create payment files for digital folder integration, including PDF and XML invoices, budget authorizations, digital witnesses, and all other documentation necessary to ensure payments correspond to actual executions. Identify and classify payments according to current budgetary strategies. Track payments across various departments. Manage advance payments via purchase orders and bank transfers. Ensure closure through final settlement payments to meet scheduled deadlines.
