Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technical Pattern Maker to develop templates and patterns for garments and textile products used in advertising campaigns, ensuring functional and high-quality designs. Collaboration with production and quality supervision. **M&E PUBLICIDAD Y COMUNICACION** **Pattern Maker Profile – Advertising and Communication Agency** We are seeking a detail-oriented and technical Pattern Maker responsible for developing templates and patterns for garments and textile products used in advertising campaigns, corporate uniforms, and promotional materials. This role is critical to ensuring that designs are accurately translated into functional, aesthetic, and high-quality products. **Main Responsibilities** * Development of patterns and templates for garments (uniforms, t-shirts, promotional items, etc.). * Interpretation of designs provided by the creative department. * Size adjustment and grading. * Production of physical samples (prototypes). * Fitting correction and pattern optimization. * Close collaboration with production and manufacturing teams. * Quality supervision during initial production runs. **Requirements** * Technical degree or proven experience in pattern making and garment construction. * Minimum 1 year of experience for recent graduates. * Knowledge of fabric types, cutting techniques, and garment construction. * Ability to interpret technical specifications and design files. * Attention to detail and precision. **Tools and Software Proficiency** * Manual and/or digital pattern making. * Proficiency in pattern-making software (preferred): * Gerber * Lectra * Optitex * Use of measurement and cutting tools. * Interpretation of digital files (PDFs, technical specifications, designs). **Key Skills** * Precision and attention to detail. * Technical thinking. * Organization. * Teamwork. * Adaptability to design changes. * Problem-solving in garment fitting. **Added Value** * Experience in corporate or promotional uniform production. * Knowledge of sublimation, screen printing, or embroidery. * Experience in volume production. * Basic knowledge of corporate fashion trends. **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Salary: $13,000 MXN per month. * Benefits: As mandated by law. Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: $12,500.00 – $13,000.00 MXN per month. Work Location: On-site employment.
