Promote efficient material usage and continuous improvement. **VACANCY \| PACKAGING DESIGN ENGINEER** **Location:** Industrial Vallejo, Azcapotzalco – CDMX **Company:** **Grupo Neolpharma** At **Grupo Neolpharma**, we are seeking a **Packaging Design Engineer** to join our Engineering team, focused on the **design, development, and validation of pharmaceutical packaging materials**, ensuring functionality, product protection, and regulatory compliance. ### **Position Objective** Design and develop **pharmaceutical packaging solutions** (primary, secondary, and tertiary), from material selection through in-line conditioning line validation, in compliance with current regulations. ### **Core Responsibilities \| Packaging Design** Design and develop packaging materials considering **product protection, functionality, and regulatory compliance**. Conduct performance and functionality testing of packaging on conditioning lines. Define **technical and functional specifications** for printed and non-printed materials. Select and validate packaging materials per product or medication. Prepare and manage technical documentation in accordance with **cGMP / cGDP**.
