Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Assistant for fiber optic installation, performing fieldwork and fulfilling service orders. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Install fiber optic cables from the utility pole to the customer's residence. * Complete a minimum of 5 service orders per day. Requirements: * **Valid driver's license (mandatory)**. * Flexible availability (Monday to Sunday, rotating weekly days off). * Interest in fieldwork and willingness to learn. We Offer: * **Gross salary:** If you have NO prior experience, you start as an Assistant at **$9,511 monthly gross**, and within a maximum of 3 months, you advance to Fiber Optic Installation Technician at **$12,000 monthly gross** \+ average monthly bonuses ranging from $4,000 to $8,000\. (If you already have fiber optic experience, you will join directly as a Fiber Optic Installation Technician) * Statutory benefits.
