Job Summary: This position aims to ensure operational execution and indicator compliance at clinics through monitoring and training of managers. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor the operations of staff at clinics and referral centers. 2. Identify and resolve areas of opportunity in indicator compliance. 3. Train clinic managers on the use and understanding of indicators. Salud Digna, a company experiencing constant growth dedicated to prevention and diagnostic services, is seeking personnel: MONITORING ANALYST. Job Objective: Ensure the operational execution of staff at clinics and national referral centers by monitoring via the system to meet institutional time-based indicator objectives. Responsibilities: Maintain direct communication with corresponding departments and/or clinics to ensure compliance with institutional time-based indicators. Identify areas of opportunity in performance indicator compliance through the indicator dashboard. Ensure training of clinic managers on the functionality and understanding of indicators measured at the Monitoring Center (CEM). Ensure clinic managers are trained and up-to-date on the use and understanding of the «Salud Digna Control Dashboard» application. Efficiently coordinate with corresponding departments all necessary actions for operations to achieve institutional indicator compliance.
