**Job Objective** Develop and strengthen the hospital's medical network by prospecting, attracting, and engaging specialist physicians interested in leasing consultation rooms, joining the medical staff, or obtaining credentialing—thereby contributing to the institution's growth and positioning. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect and visit specialist physicians, private practices, clinics, and medical centers to generate new business opportunities. * Promote the benefits of joining Star Médica’s medical community. * Follow up on the credentialing and onboarding process for new physicians. * Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare opinion leaders. * Participate in events, congresses, and networking activities to strengthen the hospital’s presence. * Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the medical network. * Monitor commercial KPIs and recruitment targets. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in business, administration, marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of field sales, business development, or public relations experience. * Preferred experience in healthcare, hospital, or medical sales environments. * Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. * Ability to establish contacts and build strategic alliances. * Willingness to work in the field. **We Offer** * Competitive base salary. * Performance-based bonus program. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunities within one of the country’s most important hospital networks.
