Job Opening: Multifunctional Maintenance Technician Company: Studio Location: Warehouse 27, Tlalnepantla \- Cuautitlán Highway 10\-KM 32, Loma Bonita, 54879 Méx. Work Mode: On-site; servicing two facilities: (Production Plant and Distribution Center) Purpose of the Position Ensure operational continuity and uphold the excellent appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining both the electrical equipment at the production plant and the aesthetic and functional infrastructure of our Distribution Center. **Key Responsibilities** **Electrical Installations: Preventive and corrective maintenance of medium- and low-voltage systems.** **Civil Maintenance and Finishing: Painting, plastering, ceiling panel handling, and finishing with spackling compound.** **Carpentry: Minor repairs and adjustments to wooden furniture or structures.** **Plumbing and Hydraulics: Leak inspection, maintenance of sanitary fixtures, pipes, and basic hydraulic systems.** **Tool Usage: Expert handling of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments required for daily repairs.** Requirements Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in comprehensive maintenance of industrial warehouses, commercial premises, or buildings. Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of electricity (electrical panels, wiring, lighting). Ability to diagnose hydraulic issues.
