The primary function of this role is to execute preventive maintenance to keep equipment in basic working condition, ensuring compliance with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity, safety, and quality. Responsibilities: **Responsibilities:*** Operation, care, and maintenance of packaging-area equipment * Corrective maintenance across the entire plant, including utilities such as compressed air, water supply, electricity, nitrogen, hot water, etc. * Performing preventive maintenance on all equipment, including hydrants, compressors, nitrogen generators, piping, gas supply, and gas leak repairs * Maintenance of motors, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic transmissions * Conducting inspections and taking electricity, gas, and water readings to monitor daily consumption Qualifications: **Qualifications:** This position is divided into three sub-areas, and personnel are assigned to only one area: Refrigeration Specialists:* Preventive and corrective maintenance on mini-split units, split systems, chillers, AHUs, injectors, extractors, refrigeration systems, cold rooms, freezing chambers, refrigerated chambers, refrigerators, and portable and panel-mounted compact cooling systems. * Compressor replacement; replacement of desiccant filters, belts; pressure verification; turbine alignment; filter cleaning and replacement; motor, fan, and sensor replacement; oxy-acetylene welding; vacuum generation; system cleaning; nitrogen purging; integrity verification of cooling systems; conversion from digital to analog systems; repair of inverter board systems. * Welding on refrigeration equipment and aluminum. * Installation of refrigeration equipment (mini-splits) and portable systems for electrical panels, extractors, and injectors. * Knowledge of electricity, gas, and water meter reading. * Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and controls. * Knowledge of working at heights and platform operation. * Knowledge of inverter systems. Electrical Technicians:* Maintenance of low-voltage panels; wiring replacement; installation of circuit breakers; replacement of thermal-magnetic breakers; installation of 110V and 220V outlets; cleaning of electrical panels; and thermographic inspection of panels. * Motor maintenance; centrifugal and vertical pumps; mechanical seal replacement; pump alignment; stuffer leak repairs; replacement of seals, bearings, turbines, impellers, belts, and couplings. * Knowledge of single-phase and two-phase lighting installation. * Knowledge of automatic door repair and control systems. * Knowledge of control systems, HMI interfaces, and control and relay failures. * Knowledge of variable frequency drives, soft starters, relays, and contactors for 220V and 440V. * Knowledge of electronic board failure repair. * Knowledge of weighing and summing boards for scales. * Knowledge of inductive, capacitive, and analog sensors. * Knowledge of working at heights and platform operation. Welders:* Knowledge of electric welding for steam systems. * Knowledge of fabrication of guards, supports, and drop pipes using stainless steel. * Knowledge of carbon steel distribution pipe fabrication. * Basic knowledge of copper, Tuboplus, and galvanized pipe installation. * Use of hand tools; micro-wire, electrode, and rod welding. * Knowledge of TIG and MIG welding. * Knowledge of oxy-acetylene equipment use and structural plate fabrication. * Welding of plates, IPR, PTR, and Montenes in industrial facilities. * Knowledge of working at heights and platform operation. * Ability to fabricate and install door frames, supports, rails, posts, and dust covers for automatic doors and perimeter access points.
