Interdepartmental collaboration and technical support Hotel: LUURE Location: Bosque Real Department: Housekeeping / Operations Position Type: Operational Schedule: Rotating Position Objective Coordinate and track the hotel’s room status, ensuring efficient communication among Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, as well as performing minor repairs to guarantee functional and optimal-condition rooms. Functions and Responsibilities Perform minor repairs related to: Carpentry (door adjustments, furniture, locks). Masonry (basic patching, securing fixtures). Plumbing (faucet replacement, minor leak repairs, sanitary fixtures). Execute and schedule preventive maintenance activities for plumbing, electricity, security systems, and other hotel equipment. Perform corrective repairs and maintenance as needed to resolve technical issues and minimize service interruptions. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs. Ensure all equipment and systems comply with established safety and operational standards. Maintain accurate records of spare parts and tool inventory required for maintenance activities. Coordinate procurement of materials and supplies necessary for maintenance operations. Work closely with other departments, providing technical support and ensuring facility integrity during special events and hotel activities. Assist in planning and executing facility renovation and improvement projects. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to building and facility maintenance. Maintain high safety standards for both staff and guests during all maintenance activities. Requirements Prior experience in hospitality or similar operational roles (preferred). Basic knowledge of carpentry, masonry, and plumbing. Basic computer and hotel system proficiency. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
