Technical fault detection and resolution At SEIL, we are seeking a responsible Maintenance Manager to coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, facilities, and machinery, ensuring operational continuity and proper functioning of production areas. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate maintenance technical staff. Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Ensure proper operation of machinery, forklifts, platforms, and general facilities. Detect and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures. Monitor area indicators and reports. Coordinate building and infrastructure maintenance work. Verify compliance with safety standards and good maintenance practices. Manage tools, spare parts, and area resources. Requirements: Mechanical, electrical, mechatronic engineering or related degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Experience managing technical staff. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity. Experience maintaining forklifts and platforms. Flexible working hours availability. Leadership, organizational skills, and teamwork.
