Strict compliance with safety and hygiene protocols Job Objective Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and safety of clinic facilities (swimming pool, showers, restrooms, therapeutic areas, and gym), providing a clean, safe, and fully operational environment for patients and staff. Main Responsibilities * Basic preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic, electrical, and sanitary installations. * Supervision and support in swimming pool maintenance (water levels, cleaning, basic system checks). * Minor repairs (painting, patching, adjustments, replacement of light fixtures, etc.). * Daily inspection of restrooms, showers, and changing rooms. * Support in internal logistics (equipment movement, space setup). * Timely reporting of major failures to specialized service providers. * Strict compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and hand tools. * Proactive attitude, organization, and sense of urgency. * Flexible availability of working hours. * Responsibility and commitment.
