Maintenance Assistant **Education:** Minimum completed junior high school. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in general building maintenance (electrical, painting, plumbing, finishing, etc.). **Competencies:** Commitment, sense of urgency, customer service, collaboration, communication, agility and flexibility. Results- and achievement-oriented mindset, technical skills, problem-solving ability, teamwork, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** Base salary.
