Maintenance Assistant **Education:** Minimum completed junior high school. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in general facility maintenance (electrical work, painting, plumbing, finishing, etc.). **Competencies:** Commitment, sense of urgency, customer service, collaboration, communication, agility and flexibility. Results- and achievement-oriented, technical skills, problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** Base salary. Attendance and punctuality bonus.
