Administrative and financial control (budgets and payments) Major Gasoline Group Seeking: Maintenance Administrator A corporate gasoline company seeks a Maintenance Manager responsible for coordinating, supervising, and tracking maintenance work, ensuring proper operational execution and compliance with established timelines. RESPONSIBILITIES * Planning, coordination, and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance services. * Management of technical staff, suppliers, and service execution. * Administrative and financial control (budgets, quotations, and payments). * Compliance with safety regulations (NOMs) and workplace quality standards. * Technical follow-up and customer service to ensure operational and maintenance compliance. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering, or related field * Prior experience in maintenance supervision or management roles * Proficiency in Office software and maintenance management systems preferred * Standard vehicle driving license KNOWLEDGE IN: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities * Personnel management * Work order tracking * Knowledge of safety regulations * Preparation of maintenance reports SKILLS: * Teamwork, leadership, proactivity, organization, decision-making, effective communication, interpersonal skills with staff and customers, and operational follow-up and control.
