Joining YPF means becoming part of a project combining experience, passion, and the energy required to keep building our future! **What are we looking for?** We seek a professional capable of leading and strengthening the company’s critical technical knowledge development and management process. **What will be your challenge?** The person in this position will lead and strengthen the company’s critical technical knowledge development process, as well as innovation within the disciplines of the Vice Presidency of Quality, Environment, and Safety, generating initiatives positioned as strategic factors for technical expertise and professionals within their communities, ensuring knowledge flow aligned with Business Strategy. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor technical knowledge flows to ensure the business’s technical sustainability systematically and efficiently through people. * Collaborate with the Business Leader and HR to identify key technical capabilities, contributing to achieving the Business Strategy. * Advise the Business Leader on identifying Technical References (SMEs) required for various Knowledge Management responsibilities (e.g., expert panels, content curation and presentation validation, competency catalog development, etc.). * Manage and coordinate with HR and Technical References to ensure technical training initiatives (Annual Training Plan) align with the technical capabilities the Business needs to develop, safeguarding acquisition of required capabilities. * Manage and assume responsibility—through designated Technical References—for building and maintaining Competency Catalogs, overseeing processes inherent to mapping technical competencies and required proficiency levels, ensuring information availability per Company-defined standards. * Jointly plan and develop—with the Business Leader and HR—the Business proposal for Disciplinary Technical Development Programs (e.g., Expertise, PACTO), ensuring commitment from roles within their scope of responsibility to program rollouts. * Coordinate with HR’s Learning and Knowledge Management function (as a cross-functional function) and with other YPF Group Knowledge Management Communities (GECO from other Businesses), promoting synergies and resource optimization to ensure planning, monitoring, and execution of programs aimed at developing critical technical knowledge within the Company. * Foster technical collaboration across the Business through Communities of Practice, Families, Circles, and Experts Directory, integrating and ensuring natural embedding of knowledge management into business processes, promoting collaborative environments, and building and consolidating talent in critical technical knowledge to support efficiency of outcomes aligned with YPF’s strategy. **What do we value?** * **Academic background:** Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering; Project management education and/or training will be valued. * **Competencies:** Planning, organization, and supervision of resources, tasks, and timelines to achieve specific objectives; active listening and ability to structure technical knowledge to drive training initiatives within Quality, Environment, and Safety areas.
