Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Kitchen Assistant to collaborate in meal preparation and service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to improving patients' experience with passion for cooking. We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant for H+ Querétaro Hospital. In this position, you will be a key member of the kitchen team, collaborating in the preparation and service of meals for patients and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the kitchen, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, including food chopping, washing, disinfection, and management of cold and hot areas. This role requires a proactive attitude and commitment to excellence in customer service, as patients may have special dietary needs and food preferences. Schedule: 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Prior experience in hospital kitchens or restaurants is required, along with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation. You must be an organized individual with effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
