Research and implement new technologies for continuous improvement. ***Innovation and Development Developer*** **Available Locations:** Mexico City or Guadalajara, Jalisco **Work Mode:** Hybrid (2 days onsite) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Job Objective** We seek a technology-, innovation-, and digital solution–passionate individual with experience in mobile and web application development, API integration, databases, and backend service creation. You will join the Innovation and Development team, contributing to the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of technological solutions supporting business operations. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain hybrid mobile applications and web solutions. * Create, manage, and optimize relational and non-relational databases, including **PostgreSQL** and **Firestore**, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and availability. * Design and implement backend services and servers using **Node.js** and **Express**. * Integrate third-party APIs and services. * Collaborate with the design team to develop intuitive, functional, and attractive interfaces. * Apply **UI/UX** principles in digital product development. * Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and tools to continuously improve departmental processes and products. * Document code, processes, and developments clearly and systematically. * Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the company’s technological solutions. **Required Profile** * A **proactive**, **self-taught**, analytical, and results-oriented individual. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments. * Focus on innovation, technical quality, and continuous improvement. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical English comprehension. **Experience and Knowledge** * Minimum **3 years** of experience in application development. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in systems engineering or related fields. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in technological innovation projects. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Dart**. * Experience developing with **Flutter**. * Proficiency in **Android Studio**. * Experience integrating native functionalities on **iOS** and **Android**. * Solid knowledge of **PostgreSQL**. * Experience with **Firebase**. * Backend and frontend development for web applications. * Proficiency in **Node.js** and **Express**. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. * Familiarity with software design patterns. * Basic understanding of agile methodologies, preferably **Scrum**. * English communication proficiency. **We Offer** * **Monthly salary of $22,000 (gross)** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * Gym discounts * Laptop * Mobile phone **Position Type** **Full-time: Shift Schedule** * Monday to Saturday * Includes weekends * 8-hour shift **Work Location** **Hybrid Employment** Rafael Sanzio, Guadalajara, Jalisco Insurgentes Sur/ CDMX Position Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Application development: 3 years (Mandatory) * Systems Engineering: 3 years (Mandatory) * Innovation: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: Hybrid remote in 01000, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX
