Job Summary: We are looking for an IT Support professional to deliver exceptional desktop support and resolve complex incidents related to software, hardware, and devices, while maintaining inventory and SLAs. An environment of constant challenge, purpose, and protagonism ### **Our IT Support Team** The mission of the IT Support team is to provide outstanding desktop support to all company employees—both technical and non-technical—in areas related to microcomputing and office devices. ### **The Scale of Your Challenge** * Manage Windows and Apple notebooks by providing software and related device support across the entire Tiendanube team. * Resolve internal incidents by analyzing complex issues related to software, hardware, office equipment (projectors, switches, adapters, etc.), and mobile devices. * Perform software updates, configurations, installations, and maintenance on Windows/Apple systems, and manage equipment repairs with external technicians. * Maintain up-to-date inventory control for notebooks and IT equipment, logging movements and assisting with equipment shipping and receipt. Work with a service-oriented mindset, reporting metrics and meeting SLAs. * ### **What We’re Looking For** * Experience as a reference in IT support environments. * Experience with MDM and IAM tools. * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems; MS Office and related desktop applications. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple and complex requests. #### **Nice-to-Have** * Experience in e-commerce or technology companies. * Microsoft and/or Apple certifications.
