Acquisition of experience in the financial sector **Location: Mexico City** **Internal Audit Intern** **Department:** Finance **Job Description:** We are looking for an Internal Audit Intern! **Objective:** Provide comprehensive support to the Finance Department in controlling, monitoring, and recovering customer and supplier receivables, ensuring that revenues and expenditures are recorded timely and accurately to maintain the organization’s financial health. **Main Responsibilities:** **\*** Accounts Payable Reconciliation: Assist in identifying and downloading supplier data and reviewing their invoices in the accounting system/ERP. **\*** Document Management: Organize and digitize payment receipts, contracts, and customer files for internal audits. **\*** Bank Reconciliation: Assist in identifying and applying received payments against corresponding invoices in the accounting system/ERP. **\*** Receivables Monitoring: Conduct proactive and follow-up communications with customers or platforms to ensure payments are received on scheduled dates. **\*** Invoicing: Assist in issuing electronic invoices (CFDI 4\.0\) and payment complements, verifying that tax-related data is accurate. **\*** Collections Reports: Collaborate in preparing aging reports and analyses of overdue accounts. **\*** Inquiry Handling: Address basic inquiries from internal and external customers regarding the status of their account statements. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student or recent graduate from the final semesters of undergraduate programs in Public Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters) * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes * ERP knowledge preferred * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency **Desired Competencies:** * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills * Assertive communication (written and verbal) * Results-oriented mindset and proactivity * Ethics and confidential handling of information **What We Offer:** * Professional Practice Certification * Learning and hands-on experience in the industry * Monthly stipend of $5,000 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **Work Modality:** On-site **Work Location:** Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. **Education Level:** Incomplete or ongoing Higher Technician degree (Preferred) If interested, please send your CV via WhatsApp: 5572419110 or 5548773286 Job Type: Part-time Salary: $5,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support Education Level: * Incomplete or ongoing Higher Technician degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
