The Training Solutions Architect transforms skill gap analyses into practical educational solutions aligned with strategic objectives, participant profiles, and the most appropriate formats for the digital environment. * **How will you do it?** Your main responsibilities will include: * Analyzing profiles and audiences to identify specific training needs * Conducting skill and competency gap analyses—both technical and soft skills * Designing learning objectives aligned with institutional strategies * Defining and sequencing content, structuring course pathways, and adhering to timelines * Selecting appropriate instructional methodologies and formats (e.g., videos, courses, workshops, webinars, infographics, etc.) * Creating pedagogically focused instructional scripts and storyboards, ensuring textual clarity and didactic coherence * Proposing and developing learning assessment strategies, including certifications where applicable * Collaborating closely with multimedia production and educational technology teams * Ensuring final quality of training solutions through instructional and pedagogical review * **What are we looking for?** If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, or a related field; have at least 3 years of experience in instructional design, pedagogical architecture, or development of training solutions and e-learning course production; and possess skills such as learning agility, creativity, attention to detail, self-management, teamwork, results orientation, and familiarity with tools like Articulate, Genially, etc.—we’re looking for you!
