Willingness to travel: Yes ### **Job Objective:** We seek an Applications Engineer focused on supporting and following up on technical projects, ensuring correct equipment configuration, installation, and commissioning according to customer requirements. ### **Responsibilities:** * Interpret customer technical requirements. * Configure equipment and applications. * Coordinate project installations and deliveries. * Monitor project progress and execution timelines. * Coordinate equipment start-ups and releases with internal departments. * Provide technical support to customers and the sales department. * Deliver training on equipment operation and handling. * Ensure compliance with installation and safety standards. ### **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Robotics Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in: * Technical support * Customer service * Technical installations or projects * Intermediate English (preferred). * Proficiency in MS Office. * Knowledge of electricity and measurement tools. * AutoCAD proficiency (preferred). * Willingness to travel. ### **Competencies:** * Service orientation * Results-driven mindset * Problem analysis * Teamwork * Effective communication * Dynamism ### **We Offer:** * Professional development * Continuous training * Participation in specialized projects * Excellent work environment * Grocery vouchers (starting one month after contract commencement) * Savings fund (available after three months of contract) * Year-end bonus equivalent to 30 days' salary. * Working hours: Monday to Friday.
