Pedro Lozano, Monterrey, N.L. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Work Modality:** On-site **We Offer:** * **Base Salary:** $30,000 monthly nominal * Food vouchers: $3,000 monthly * Punctuality bonus: $3,000 * Attendance bonus: $3,000 * **Approximate monthly income:** **$39,000** * Major Medical Expense Insurance (after 3 months) * Life insurance ($300,000\) * 20-day Christmas bonus * Statutory benefits **Job Objective:** To audit and verify compliance with operational processes, inventory control, NOM regulations, and safety and hygiene standards, identifying risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities through objective and documented audits. **Main Responsibilities:** * Audit warehouse and inventory operational processes. * Verify compliance with NOM regulations and internal policies. * Identify operational, legal, and asset-related risks. * Generate findings supported by documentary and photographic evidence. * Follow up on action plans and recurring issues. * Analyze KPIs and performance indicators. * Document audits and prepare reports for Management. * Supervise safety and hygiene compliance. * Validate traceability and process compliance. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in operational auditing or warehouse operations. * Solid knowledge of NOM regulations. * Experience analyzing indicators and KPIs. * Advanced/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Analytical thinking and preventive orientation. * High integrity and independent judgment. **We Seek a Candidate Who Is:** * Firm and objective in demeanor. * Capable of standing by findings even when they cause discomfort. * Prevention-focused, not reactive. * Able to detect risks before they become losses or incidents. * Organized, disciplined, and highly ethical. **Key Competencies:** * Independent judgment * Problem solving * Risk analysis * Documentation discipline * Firm and professional communication * Priority management * Technical leadership Salary: Starting at $30,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * HSEQ Auditor: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
