Ensures compliance with labor regulations and fosters a positive work environment. **NAPS Mexico is seeking an HR Manager in Juarez \- Juárez, Chihuahua** --------------------------------------------------------------- **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:** Ensure HR operations at the assigned plant. Lead and manage HR activities to guarantee a positive, strategic, and organizationally aligned work environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Manage onboarding and training for new employees. * Develop talent retention strategies. * Design professional and leadership development programs. * Conduct performance evaluations and feedback actions. * Manage and ensure compliance with corporate departmental requirements. * Manage labor relations and organizational climate. * Supervise payroll administration, benefits, and compensation. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. * Collaborate in strategic HR planning. * Properly manage labor relations and legal matters (Based on guidelines stipulated in both the Federal Labor Law and the Internal Work Regulations.) * Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation required for administering labor cases that arise. * Closely monitor employee services such as nursing, cafeteria, and transportation. * Create strategies contributing to achieving the department’s KPIs. * Promote cooperation among various work teams. * Observe and apply labor regulations and legal compliance in human resource administration. * Ensure equity among different work groups. * Generate proposals contributing to an improved work environment. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in HR within the manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of TRESS system, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Advanced English (mandatory) * Negotiation skills **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- Degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods **Skills:** * English *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a051e834100004500b999d3\&source\=indeed*
