Job Summary: We are seeking graphic designers to train in large-format printing, operating equipment, ensuring quality, and enabling internal growth. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for internal growth We are looking for graphic designers to train them in the Large-Format Printing area. During this training period, you will learn the complete printing process—from initial setup to finished product—and acquire knowledge of preventive equipment maintenance. Upon completion of training, you will possess the necessary skills to perform the job and advance internally. **Main Responsibilities** Operate and monitor the printing process, ensuring proper material preparation, equipment calibration, and print quality. Perform roll mounting, file review, production monitoring, and basic finishing of printed materials, while maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area to meet established delivery deadlines. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, completed or incomplete. * **WE PROVIDE TRAINING EVEN IF YOU LACK EXPERIENCE (or if you are a recent graduate, we will train you)** * Experience in design for **printing or graphic arts** (desirable but not mandatory) * Knowledge of file preparation for printing (desirable but not mandatory) * Familiarity with printing materials such as banners, rigid substrates, vinyls, cardboard, and corrugated board (desirable but not mandatory) **Technical Knowledge** * Basic or intermediate operation of printers (**TRAINING PROVIDED**) * Knowledge of printing materials (banners, vinyl, PVC, etc.). * Proficiency in cutting and finishing tools. * Organization and tracking of production orders. **Statutory and above-statutory benefits.** * Weekly payment every Friday (Our workweek begins on Wednesday and ends on Tuesday) * **WEEKLY PAY IS $3,000 NET OF TAXES** * $800 Monthly Grocery Vouchers * Subsidized Cafeteria * IMSS Coverage from Day One * Profit Sharing * And more… **ROTATING SHIFTS (ROTATED WEEKLY)** **MONDAY TO SATURDAY (7:00 AM TO 3:00 PM AND 2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM)** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible schedules * Employee referral program * Medical expense insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
