The ideal candidate must possess the skills and knowledge to carry out repairs and preventive maintenance on building facilities. Prior experience in similar roles is required, with emphasis on operational efficiency and safety. You must have knowledge of electricity, plumbing, gas, drywall, swimming pools, and the use of various tools. Collaborative teamwork and the ability to work under pressure are essential. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, identifying potential issues, and performing corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal facility operation. Additionally, they must maintain accurate records of all tasks performed and collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues. Availability to rotate shifts weekly *(8-hour shifts)* is required.
