Job Summary: We are seeking a Fundraiser with experience in fundraising, social project development, and relationship management to design strategies and secure resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and coordinate fundraising/donation strategies 2. Develop and present projects to donors and strategic partners 3. Manage donor relationships and follow-up Due to expansion, Farmacias Similares (Grupo por un País Mejor) is looking for: FUNDRAISER Position Profile: Professional with at least 2 years of experience in fundraising/fund/donation procurement, corporate social responsibility, social project development, and/or engagement with public and private institutions. Work Location: Benito Juárez Borough, CDMX. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with high schedule flexibility. Requirements: Advanced English (spoken and written) – MANDATORY Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or related fields. Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel. Experience organizing charitable events. Donor and sponsor relationship management. Knowledge and Skills: Active search, preparation, and monitoring of large-scale national and international funding calls. Development, formulation, and presentation of social projects. Information analysis and preparation of narrative and impact reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Social media and communication platform management. Use of electronic tools and software for funding call management. Desirable experience in social-impact organizations. Main Responsibilities: Design and coordinate fundraising/donation strategies, Develop and present projects to donors and strategic partners. Manage donor relationships and follow-up. Identify and apply to national and international funding calls. Coordinate foundation events and support logistics for fundraising/donation activities. Prepare resource utilization and social impact reports.
