Our core pillar is based on the philosophy “People First”, delivering holistic and unique experiences that align each team member’s personal life stage with their professional career path. *Join Our Team!* **Experience Required:** * 3–5 years of experience in category management (Category Management) in retail, preferably with key accounts such as Walmart or large-format supermarket chains. * Experience in commercial negotiation and in developing and implementing assortment, pricing, and promotional plans for retail chains. * Cross-functional collaboration with commercial, trade marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure category execution and profitability. * Experience managing category KPIs: sell-out, sell-in, market share by channel, inventory turnover, and margin contribution. * Participation in new product launches, portfolio optimization, and shelf space improvement initiatives. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in category management, planograms, assortment calibration, and pricing strategy for modern retail. * Advanced Excel skills (pricing models, elasticity analysis, forecasting) and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Scintilla JDA Space Planning / Spaceman). * Understanding of trade terms, commercial agreements, billing policies, and conditions for key accounts such as Walmart. * Analytical skills to interpret consumer, sales, and turnover data and translate them into tactical and strategic action plans. * Knowledge of promotion execution and point-of-sale (POS) visibility tactics (POP, endcaps, cross-merchandising). **Responsibilities:** * Design and execute the category strategy for the Walmart account, optimizing assortment, pricing, and promotions to maximize sell-out and profitability. * Negotiate commercial agreements, listing conditions, shelf space, and promotions with Walmart’s buying team and account leads. * Develop planograms and display guidelines, coordinate their implementation, and verify compliance at stores or distribution centers. * Monitor category performance via periodic reports, identify opportunities, and propose corrective and growth-oriented action plans. * Collaborate with trade marketing, shopper marketing, and sales force teams to execute campaigns, POS materials, and in-store activations. * Coordinate new product launches and special promotions with logistical planning to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts. * Analyze price elasticity, product mix, and consumer behavior within the chain to provide pricing and promotional recommendations. * Participate in regular client meetings, presenting results, plans, and justifying commercial investments. * Document processes, agreements, and key learnings to replicate best practices across other accounts or regions. **Competencies:** * Results orientation and focus on sales and profitability growth. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Negotiation and interpersonal skills for managing key clients. * Clear communication and ability to present commercial and strategic information. * Proactivity, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Collaborative mindset and ability to align actions across internal departments and clients. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
